Property Description

Check out this fantastic opportunity to own your own spacious home in Hemet's desirable 55+ Sierra Dawn community. Conveniently located close to shopping and other amenities, this home is perfect combination of price and location you'll currently find in Hemet. Featuring an open floor plan with massive living room/dining room area, functional kitchen with loads of counter space and a family room, you will have plenty of room for your future and visitors. There is a large master suite with private bathroom and secondary bedroom ideal for a decent sized bed, or it would make a great office/hobby space. A second bathroom in the hallway rounds out this practical layout. You'll enter your new home through the main front door off the patio, or through the lengthy carport entry into a dedicated laundry room. A large storage shed in the carport is included. Sierra Dawn is a community with in which all manufactured homes are "flush" installations at ground level rather that raised foundations which gives the neighborhood a higher end look than other manufactured home communities. You own the land and this lot is located a short walk from one of the multiple clubhouses with pool and spa reserved for residents only. The HOA sponsors many activities for residents including plays, mixers, shuffleboard events, parties and much more events designed to help you get to know your neighbors and your community. Hurry, for the size of this home, this is a fantastic price and it will not last!
